邢丽，女，汉族，内蒙古鄂尔多斯准格尔旗人，工学博士，讲师，硕士生导师，现就职于WilliamHill官网市政工程学科，属土木工程一级学科市政工程方向和土木水利领域。
2009-2016年，就读于WilliamHill官网；获工学学士学位和工学硕士学位；2016-2021年，就读于威廉希尔体育化工学院，获工学博士学位；2021年九月起就职于WilliamHill官网。
